Virginia Paquete, CST and Somatic Therapist/Reflexologist

Virginia Paquete was born in Portugal and moved to Canada when she was 10. She comes from a background of 25 years in banking, which she decided to leave in order to pursue her passion for helping people recover from illness and injuries.

Her desire to promote wellness has led her to explore various modalities.

She has completed 500 hours of Yoga Teacher Training, 200 hours of Trauma Sensitive Yoga Teacher Training, and 115 hours of Yoga Teacher Training for Children.

She has completed Level 1 to 3 of Craniosacral Therapy, including Craniosacral for babies and children, as well as Somatic Emotional release training. In addition she is a registered Reflexologist.

Virginia can help treat conditions such as anxiety, vertigo, digestive issues, insomnia, asthma, chronic pain, back pain, TMJ, and headaches, all while promoting relaxation and improving immune function.

For babies and children, Virginia can help with issues such as sleeplessness, digestive upsets, and colic distress. She can also help to restore balance to babies after their birth experience.

Virginia utilizes all of these modalities- craniosacral, somatic emotional release, reflexology and yoga- to help clients connect to and release blocks to healing. She believes that suppressed emotions cause most of our common illnesses and distresses in our lives. In creating a safe space, where people can feel supported and empowered in their healing, she desires to connect people to the root causes of their illness.

Each session, be it with adult or child, is highly personalized and tailored to the specific need of each individual. With gentleness and precision, Virginia can help promote your wellness.
