Workshops
Self Acceptance: Being real with ourselves.
You think you’ve been “doing the work”, but nothing’s changed. Or they’re changing very slowly. You’ve noticed the same health issues. Symptoms that linger, or leave only to return. You find yourself in the same relationship dynamics. Same issues, different people.
Self acceptance is about discovering the actual starting point. After all, how can you run a race if you haven’t found the starting line?
By accepting who you really are in your current fragile, imperfect, broken self, you will discover self empowerment and connection to the very essence of who you are. Who you are is the point. Who you are is the gift. Don’t you want to know who that is?

Grace Kim, RMT has a passion for truth, no matter where it takes her. In the process, she has discovered the power of being real with herself, and is passionate in helping others learn the benefit of seeing ourselves as we really are. She is also courageous and vulnerable in embracing difficult emotions. This has helped her become a champion for everyone that knows her, to not be afraid of pain, and embrace the freedom that comes from feeling and releasing emotional pain.
Dr. Dharm Sidhu has worked tirelessly over the years to find, face, and release her inner darkness. She is able to combine a fierce tenacity with gentleness that allows her to get straight to the heart of the issue. Discovering who you really are is definitely a cause for celebration for her and she hopes to help you do just that. “It’s just fear, people! Let’s get on with it!”
